Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds rinsed and dried
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil or melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder smoked paprika, chili powder, cinnamon sugar, or everything bagel seasoning

Method
 

  1. Rinse the pumpkin seeds thoroughly to remove any pumpkin pulp. Pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Let the seeds air dry for about 30 minutes for extra crispiness.
  3. In a bowl, toss the seeds with olive oil and salt. Add your favorite seasonings if desired.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  5. Place the seasoned pumpkin seeds in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 10–15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
  7. Once golden and crisp, remove and let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Make sure the seeds are completely dry before air frying for the crispiest texture.
  • Try different flavor mixes: chili lime, garlic parmesan, or cinnamon sugar.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to one week.
