Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Toss apples with lemon juice, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon and cornstarch. Spread in dish.
- Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle topping over apples.
- Bake 40–45 minutes until topping is golden and filling bubbles. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
