Method
- Toss sliced apples with lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Place in Crock Pot.
- Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle topping over apples.
- Cook on HIGH for 2 hours or LOW for 3–3½ hours.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
